From our offices in Harrisburg and Frackville, we employ licensed field sales agents who offer in-person service to all of Central Pennsylvania. Because we employ a team of customer service representatives and customer sales agents, we are able to work with clients throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.

Our team of customer service representatives (CSRs) will answer your call, verifying your name, phone, zip and county and how you learned about Ritter Client Services. Then, they will connect you with a licensed consumer sales agent (CSA) who can further assist you, answer your questions, and even help you find and enroll in a plan, right over the phone.
Can’t make a decision that quickly? Don’t feel comfortable doing all that over the phone? We can quickly connect you to one of our licensed field agents, who can schedule an in-person appointment with you.
